Da.ym;w»- occupied tho ..N.G.'s. chair, and "thore was a large attendance of momberß. P.G.M. Bro. T. jHdl, D.P.G.M., .llro. -W. 11. Robertson, mid P.C.S., Bro. Shrimpton-paid an oifici:jl visit, accompanied by P.P.G.M. Uro. \\. Thompson, aJid soveral members ol' tho adult Lodge. The membership and finances of the branch wore shown to be in a healthy condition, and two new members wore initiated during tho evening. In responding to a hearty vote of thanks, tho district officers paid a tribute to the work of tho superintendent (Bro. W. H. Prebble) and treasurer (Bro. A. Cross), and.congratulated the juvenils brethren on' the excellent position of tho Lodge. Sympathetic references wer©_ maclo to Bro. Cross, who was unavoidably absent; through indisposition. After the newly elected officers had been installed by the P.G.M., tho Lodge was closed, and an a<3journment miide to the anteroom, where rci:rcshtiicnts were purtaben of, and much appreciated.
