PUBLIC NOTICE is horeby given that at a Special Meeting of the Waimea County Council, held at the office of the Waimea County Council, in the City of Nelson, on the sth day of Jane, 1913, it was resolved: That in pursuance of the powers conferred by " The Counties Act. 1903," and "The Public Works Act, 1908," and every other Act or Acts amending the same, and every other power enabling it in that behalf, the Council of the Waimia County hereby makes the foilowing By-law for the good rule and government of the Waimea County ; such liy-law to come into force on tbe Ist day of Augusfc, 1913, and She aforementioned By-law is appended to the resolution, And a subsequent meeting of the Waimea County Council will be held on the 3rd day of July, 1913, at the Waimea County Office, Nelson, for th 9 purpose of confirming the above resolution.
