SERGEANT MICKEY'S DEATH.
DISAGREEMENT OF THE JURY
FRESH TRIAL OF BROWN,

Sydney, June 21.
The jury were unable to agree in regard to the charge against Thomas Edwin Brown of shooting Sergeant Hickey, and Brown was roinaudod till the next sittings. Bail was refused, although accused's counsel offered to fixxdl £5000.
