The "Neuo Freie Presses" Sofia correspondent states that Bulgaria will not send a representative' to the St Petersburg conference. Bulgaria will wait five days longer, and if by then Servia has not acquisccd in arbitration on the basis of the treaty, the situation will be extremely critical.
