London, June 17. - Lord Hugh Cecil moved the rejection of tho Welsh Disestablishment Bill.

The Welsh Disestablishment Bill was read the second time by 357 votes to 258" ' ' ' ' - _ ■'• The Labour Party's Land Committee recommends an early introduction of a Minimum' Wage for Agricultural Labourers' Bill, to' establish fair rent courts, credit banks, and State aid for housing.

Mr Stewart is the Liberal candidate for Leicester; Mr Wilshire stands' in the Unionist interest; and Mr Banton will be the Labour candidate.
