At tho general mooting of tho congregation, of All Saints' Church, Cairo, on. April 12, Lord Kitchener stated that tho question before, iho community of moving that church from its present site- must bo postponed till October, owing to tho intervention of a proposal, to create an Anglican bishopric for Egypt, for which it is understood that tho Archbishop of Canterbury has prepared an appeal for funds.
