' : The Rev J. Ronald recently commenced an action in the Supromo Courfc against Robert Harper, claiming £10,----000 damages on the ground that Harper, in the action in 1900, obtained a verdict by fraud. This action on Harper's application, was sot aside on tho ground that it was frivolous and! vexatious. Ronald appealed against this decision, and the State Full Court dis^ missed the appeal with costs.
