The "North German Gazette," j'ftev eulogising Sir Edward Grey's efforts, states that the signing of the peace treaty is proof that the Powers' cooperation resulted in a desirable provisional issue, and is also a, stimulus for farther joint actions. The paper is hopeful that the Allies, will amicably settle their own disputes.
