M. Nachovitch, formerly the Bulgarian representative at Constantinople, has arrived on a special mission, it is believed, to secure Turkey's neutrality in tho event of a Graoeo-Servian-Bulgarian war.

Kiamil Pasha has left for Smyrna. A Sakmika message states that several thousand Turks from Bulgaria have enlisted and undertaken duty on the lines of communication betwoon Seres and Drama. The Turkish demobilisation has been delayed pending the solution of the Allies' dispute.
