Sir Molvillo Macnaghten, of Scotland Yard, interviewed upon his retirement from tho service, said he had a clear idea of "Jack the Ripper's" identity. He was one of tho most fascinating of criminals. He committed suicide in tho latter part of .1.888. Sir Melville Macnaghten declined to reveal the secret of his identity.
