SOUTH AUSTRALIAN LOAN DELAYED.
Adelaide, June 2
The Premier, the Hon A. H. Peake, cabled from London that tho monoy market was very hard for colonial borrowing, and had been disturbed by large foreign loans at high interest. It was impossible to float a loan on advantageous terms at present.
