MEETING OF DELEGATES TO-DAY

London, May 29

Sir Edward Grey told the Balkan dolegates that the draft treaty of peace must be signed to-morrow, and he asked them whether they were going to sign.

Subsequently Sir Edward Grey arranged to preside at a meeting of representatives of "all the belligerents to sign tho peace treaty to-morrow.

The Servian delegates have been authorised to sign the draft peace treaty.
