AVOID OPERATIONS. After three or four woeks' application there was very, very marked improvement. | There can he no doubt that the preparition is unusually effective, and should prove very serviceable, obviating the necessity for operative procedures in many cases. Such operative procedures are often adopted much too hastily. The present ferments are well deserving of a trial, and in many cases we have no doubt the result will be satisfactory."
