At the trial of Cecil Chesterton for alleged libel, Mr Herbert Samuel, Postmaster-General, testified that during the negotiations he did not know any of his colleagues were shareholders in the American company. He refused assent to Mr Godfrey Isaacs' suggestion to treat the clause terminating tho agreement at any timo as a secret ono.
