Cargoes of arms and am munition consigned to Australia have boon placed on board twelvo foreign vessels at Philadelphia, at the instance of the Wilmington Powder Company, of Delaware. Shipping circles believe the, cargoes are not intended for Australia, but for the United States Pacific Coast defences.
