At a meeting to-night in support ef the Biblo in echools movoment ad-dross-es were given by Bishop Sprott, the Rev. Mr. Vindin (Sydney), Jlrs. Garland, and tho Roy. J. Kennedy Elliott. Tho 'latter, in criticising tho remarks mado at a recent opposition meeting in Wellington, sakl ho thought^ public school teachers wcro becoming too prominent in opposing tho Biblo in schools movoment. It was timo th« teachers wore tol<] that tho schools woi-o not made for ton-obiers —but the toachers wero mado for the schools. A referendum should bo taken on the question.
