London, Feb. 19

In connection with the disputed will case, Dr. Brian stated before tho'Probate Court that ho found Miss Mattingley neglected and suffering from cancer. Ho cleared out tho servants and arranged to have the house cleaned. The bequest was due to Miss Mattingley's gratitude. The testatrix afterwards suffered from delusions, and was insane shortly before her doath.
