Tho House of Lords completed the committee stage of the Trades Union Bill, which was reported and passed. The Earl of Dunmore's amendment did; not allow of union funds being expended in tho publication of political newspapers.

The House of Lords resolved to adhero to its amendments to the Temperance in Scotland Bill dealing with disinterested management. •
