IMMIGRATION TO THE FRONT.
OFFICE IN IMPROVED QUARTERS
.Special to "Tha Colonist,")
Wellington, Feb. 19. From the back room at the top of the departmental buildings, the Immigration Office in Wellington has moved to improved quarter in one of the first office buildings in tho city. Possibly ifc is in keeping with the promised policy of increased activity that the change ha B been made. The new offices almost overlook the wharves and chief shipping offices, and will certainly bring the Department more "into personal touch witli new com-ere."
The Hon. Mr. Bell, Minister of Immigration, is not yet ready with details of the developments foreshadowed by the Premier.
