The 'present-preparation seems t<) combine the most active ferments of the plant m a successful manner. Its activity •:is demonstrated by «*weral cases of hypertrophy of the turbtysl bodies, and in cases of enlarged tonsils. After fckros or four weeks' application there wsa. very, very marked improvement. There can be no doubt that the preparation ip unusually effective, and should prove very serviceable, obviating the necessity for operative procedures in j many easeri. Such operative procedures are often adopted much too hastily. The present ferments are well deserving. of a trials arid, in many cases we have no doubt■vth«.^.r^sui[t'-.'mU-:.bfe v ß ; atißr factory."
