Mr. Saner, in agreeing .to tho apipointmont of a committee of -inquiry with a view to restricting or abolishing the importation of native labour *from outside tho Union, referred incidentally .to the talk of building Dreadnoughts. He argued that their first duty was .to see every white child .educated.
