Servian military advices state that 6000 Albanians assembled at Albassan proclaimed war against Servia.
The Albanians are gathering on all sides to oppose the Servians.
The Albanian populace are enduring shocking privations in conseqence of tho devastation of the country during the Servian march. Starvation reigns at Prizrond.
The "Neve Frei Presse" states that tho War Office lias ordered seventy aeroplanes, to bo delivered by the end of February.
