At tho Peace Conference the Turks announced slight modifications. They wero discussed separately, and later a remit was presented. Tho conference has adjourned till Friday.

Tho Turks agreed to tho cession of territory -westward of Adrianoplo and tho autonomy of Albania, leaving tho Great Powers to fix the boundaries.

It is^ suggested that Turkey and Bulgaria should directly negotiate for tho Turco-Bulgarian frontier.

The Allies insist on en bloc negotiations.
