: Automatic bakeries fti'e still unknown in New Zealand, but they -\viil soon be an accomplished fact in Australia. After the recent labour troubles in Queensland (Mr. H. F. Allen, who attended the Master Bakers' Federation, informed ' a "Post" reporter recently) a company was formed with a capital running into something like £50,000, to establish an automatic bakery. A j hug© factory, or bakery, is being erected, with glass fronts, so that tile public can sod the whole process in operation. •'■
