Wellington, Nov. 29. The Dominion Meteorologist 7s summary and forecast, as from 5 p.m. taday. aro as follows :— Low pressure still persists about East | Cape, and lias intensified to-day, with Lg strong southerly winds, and cold -and Hkfihowery weather over the whole eastern and sx greater part of the North Present indications are for south to south-easterly winds, Brimsettled, misty and showery weather W generally. More variable winds, are 1 probable shortly, the barometer then rising in the north, and falling in the south, for a westerly area of low pressure is duo to paste in the south on about Sunday night. Ths two systems will jprobably goon modify -each other for a short time, but the week end prospects aro unpropitrous.
