THEATRE ROYAL PERMANENT PICTURES.
The usual .bi-weekly change of programme vyill be screened at the Theatre Royal this evening, when a. .splendid collection of films from tiho leading kinematograph studios of the w©rld will be presented, comprising dramatic, ■scenic, industrial, educational, vaudeville- and comic subjects. All tastes will bo catered for and a large audience may bo. anticipated. In, the dramatic section "Captain King's Rescue-" is doscribed a*v a thrilling Lubin drama, with a cleverly constructed plot, and. ".The Octoroon," by the P/reei,-;:';:-} Cmnp.-my,-should c\-x> >;ro/e highly iutrrr. tin.!;. In the industrial section "Tor- ■•:(■:> o'rowing in Malay" is a beautifully coloured Path© film, "and "How 'Plaster is Obtained" in another subject of educational value by the same firm. In addition there wall be several Yitagraph, Lubin, Edison and A..13. comedies, comics and dramas. Scats may he reserved at Jackson's until 6 p.m.. and thereafter at the Commercial Hotel. There will be & complete-change .on Saturday afternoon, when a special attraction will be announced.
