STEEL WORKS AT NEWCASTLE
AN AGREEMENT REACHED

An agreement has, been concluded between the Government and tho Broken J Till Proprietary regarding tho establishment of steel works near Newcastle. The Government agrees to lease for fifty years a largo area of land, resume an unused railway thoro-on, dredge a channel, and reclaim a certain quantity of land on which tho company will erect a wharf.
