The Harbour Board to-day unanimously decided to carry out as soon ac possible tho recommendation of Mr., Maxwell, its consulting engineer, made some years ago, to add 60!) foot to the eastern mole, and instructed the engineer to prepare a plan and estimato accordingly. Mr. Maxwell said the work could bo done for £18,000.
