lower. . ._ Mutton and boof is unchanged, it is iranossiblo to form an accurate opinion because of tho outbreak of foot and mouth disease. So far as can bo seen at present, beef is not likely to advance materially, but the doclino may be arrested in'miitton and lamb. Tallow : Since our cable last week, the market lias not changed. Demand'limited.
