MALTESE EMIGRANTS
(Received June 28, 9.25. p.m.) London, June 28. The House of Lords carried Lord Lansr downe's motion condemning the departure from the usage whereby the great Departments 'are represented in the House of Lords either by a Secretary of State or an Under-Secretary. •
In the House of Commons, Mr Harcourt, in introducing the colonial estimates, announced that he was inquiring as to the best fitted countries to absorb Maltese who were desirous of emigrating. : •
