Hie jury in the case in?.which F. D. Brown,- late general manager of thq Singer Sewing Machine Company, was charged with inciting to steal, destroy, and falsify the books and papers'of the company, failed to agree, and was discharged. Brown was bound over-to appear at the next sessions.
