Dunedin, May 16. In the Supremo Court to-day Margaret Parker was ro-tried on a chargo of sly-grog selling at St Kilda on April 14th.

'L'ho jury again disagreed. In reply to the Judge, the Crown Prosecutor said lie had pretty well made up his mind what course to adopt, but he would take till the following day to decide whether ho Mould proceed further with the case.
