The man Avas very violent, and had to Inconstantly watched lest he should ctb lirnself an injury. . On the arrival of the vessel in port, the- Health Cfliccr refused to allow the two unfortunat-n people to be landed, and ordered them to he scMit back to Engla.nd. They will bo placed on board th* Coi-jjithic, Avhich leaves for London to-morrow.
