.Wzinganul^May 15. The 'Wan&anui Education Board to-Triight-received a letter from the- 'New Zealand Teachers' Institute in regard t) the costs awarded in the present froagpoole appeal case. Exception was i,:;ken to certain items in the award :>-mdo by the Court. The Institute objected to paying fees to rr.c-mbers of the Ckmrt, to the chairmt'ii of tlio Board, ;vid to the Clerk of the Court, and of-f-rod, if the Board would abandon these rt-2KM.mt.s-, to pay the balance of the costs. The Board decided r>-.t- to mtf>riere v. -th the award of tho Court, and instructed its solicitors to proceed to ic-vv-vcr.
