Auckland, May 14. Tho question as to whether the Auckland Tramways Union should secede the Federation of Labour, and "register under the Arbitration Act has been agitating the minds of the members lately. The matter was considered by tho men to-day, and they decided to remain in the Federation by a substantial majority.
