DRASTIC BILL AGAINST FOREIGN
RINGS

In the House of Representatives Mr Humphrey introduced a Bill intended to break up foreign shipping rings. Any foreign-owned vessel violating the Sherman anti-trust law will be prohibited from entrance to United States' ports, oncl its mail contracts will bo cancelled.
