GREAT CADET REVIEW

The first great parade of Metropolitan cadets was held at Centennial Park, when 18,500 cadets joined in manoeuvres. They presented a magnificent spectacle. General Gordon was in command and the Governor-General insnected the
cadets, who showed excellent discipline considering they had only had nine months' training.
