The barometer lias risen everywhere during tho night, and moderate to strong westerly and southerly winds have prevailed, with changeable- weather, and rain has fallen in many-parts of the country. Tho temperature has been rather low in the south, last night ;md to-day. Present indications arc for moderate southerly and westerly winds, witli fair to cloudy weather generally. Tho barometer has a rising tendency.
