The Hon Thomas-Mackenzie: Primo Minister, Minister of Lands, Commissioner of Stato Forests, Minister m charge of Land for Settlements, Minister of Agriculture, Minister of Industries and Commerce, Minister in chargo of the Tourist and Hoalih Besoits and Scenery Preservation Departments.

Tho Hon A. M. Myers: <Minister of Finance, Minister of Defence, Minister in chargo of Land and Incoirp Tax, Minister in charge of Stala Guaranteed Advances Office, Minister of Railways.

Tho Hon W. D. S. Macdonald, Native Minister, Minister of Public Worftb, Roads and -Bridges, Minister in chargo of the Valuation Donartmont.

Tho Hon J. A. 1-lauan, Minister of Education, Minister of Stamp Duties, Minister of Justice, Minister in chargo of tho Police Department, Prisons Department, Crown Law (including law drafting).

Tho Hon G. Laurenson, Minister of Customs, Labour, and Marino, Minister in charge of tho Inspection of Machinery Department.

The Hon G. W. Russell: Minister in chargo of the Hospitals and Charitable Aid Department, Mental Hospitals, Public- Health, Imm ignition, Internal Affairs, State Fire Insurance, Electoral and Advertising Departments.

Tho Hon J. Colvin: Postmaster-Gen-eral, Minister of Telegranhs and Mines, Minister in charge of the Old Age Pen-, sions, and Government printing Office.

The Hon To Rnngihiroa, Minister in charge of the Cook and other islands, and representing the Nr.tive race, and in charge of tho Maori Councils, Government, Insurance and Public Trust Departments. Tiie Hon H. G. Ell, member of tho Executive Council and Minister -in charge of the Friendly Societies' Department. The Hon T. Buxton: Minister without portfolio. One paid portfolio is still to bo filled. The Hon Mr Mackenzie will make no statement to-night.
