ITo was married at the age nf 26 years to Mary Ann Ballard. at Pari'atuatta. and the union resulted in a family of 2d children. Twelve- aro living, and the remaining 17 aro dead. The deceased was a native of Sydney, but settled in I'arramatta at the ago of ten years, so that ho resided continuously'in that town for 78 years. His father was a heavy dragoon, and fought in tho battle of Waterloo, and lived to tinl extraordinary age of 105 years. He left one hundred and eight < randchildrcn.
