MR CHURCHILL'S BELFAST MEETING.
HALLS REFUSED

As six halls in Belfast have been refused to the Liberals for Mr Churchill's Home Rule meeting, marquees aro being erected to accommodate 5000 people. There will bo a procession of 30,000 people, headed by 400 torch bearers and 15 bauds.
