A dynamite bomb exploded under an Imperialist troop train from Sioakan to Honan. A following tram crashed into it and telescoped five cars. Many soldiers wero killed. A bomb wr.s thrown at tho Viceroy of rinknang, who was in a. third train. It struck the wrong car and killed several soldiers.
Throe bombs exploded in Shang-sohua-ehen's yanien at Tientsin, Numerous arrests woro made. Liang-pi died of his wounds.
Prince Ching visited the DowagerEmpress and informed her that ho had been persuaded to accept tho republican terms, the Man elm nobles retaining their titles, with freedom to reside at Pekin or olsoivhoro.
Sovero fighting is reported at Pukow. The Imperialists wero unwilling to fight, but wero forced to dofond themselves, and lost heavily.
