Tho "Westminster Gazette-" reminds Mr Morgan Sinister that tho Persian Mcjh'ss entered into the transfer of tho country's finance- to a foreign controller without reference to other Governments interested, and says that Mr Sinister unwittingly placed Sir Edward Grey in a position of great cmbarassmont towards Persia on the ouo hand and towards Russia on the other. Tho paper concludes by trusting that tho t Anglo-Russian entente will safeguard' Persia's independence.
