The Federal House had a 3G hours* sitting, and rer.d the Electoral Hill a second time. A clause was provisionally inserted, requiring all articles, paragraphs and reports in newspaper* dealing with election matters to havo the name and address of the writers, under a penalty of CoO. The Hill docs not provide for postal voting.
