A DEADLOCK

The "Morning Post" says the negotiations between the Government and tho Nationalists have reached an impasse; Mr Redmond declining to accept a Home Rule Bill depriving Ireland of the right to impose Customs and excise duties. Mr De.vlin, leading an important section of the party, is willing to accept the Government's proposals.
