•Mr Lloyd George, Chancellor of the Exchequer, after a smart colloquy with the domestic servants deputation with regard to the National Insurance Bill, told them that the be■ndits from ilia Bill w.ould be greater than they would got from ariy other source. If necessary . servants Could form their own societies, but if the vast majority desired to.bo excluded from the Bill the House of Commons would listen to them.
