In 1903 the Opposition gnatphed victories in Tarnnaki and other farming districts ajong the west coast of the North Island, the result admittedly being due to the careful fomentation of trouble over the alleged dairy regulations. This year the. Opposition is in serious trouble in those districts. The "Hine charges'' and the "Mokau ease" have been exploded, tho the Opposition /candidates are extremely uneasy. : .' ' .::'.
