Tlio following is tlio Rev. D. C. Bates' weather forecast and summary :— A westerly stor innrea has developed with rain in most parts of the country, and westerly winds strong to gale have prevailed. The barometer has fallen slowly in the north, but has been very unsteady in the south. Present indications nro for changeable and showery weather generally, strong westerly winds predominating, and a further fail in the barometer everywhere).
