. London, Nov 25 It has been discovered that the Liverpool explosion was c.vised by tho ignition of dust particles A workman had a narrow escape through not finding an exit alter the onhlosioii. He buried himself in a pile of sacks. A number of rats in a similar plight took refuge under his body. He was in this position for two hours.
