The "Debats" declaros that Germany's aim throughout tho crisis has boon not so much to obtain compensations from Morocco as to break up the Anglo-French entente. The paper adds that tho present powerful Gormanophilo efforts by a portion of tho radical press to sacrifice Sir Edward Grey and regain Herr Kidorlen-Wach-ter's good graces are bound to fail miserably.
